This booklet is the result of years of research to develop a self-management program which promotes hope, growth and partnership.
The program can be conducted as a group or one-to-one by trained people over a number of weeks. The aim is to improve wellbeing and build on strengths and values, focusing on the impact substance use has on your mental health and also the impact your mental health has on substance use.
